So why does every good poker player need a real Badhat? Good question! Because success at a poker table is all about image!  If your opponents can read you properly, they attack. If they detect weakness, again, they attack. If they see confusion or uncertainty, you got it... They attack. The opposite is true as well... If your opponent views you as confident, knowledgeable, or seemingly prepared for the poker game at hand, they exercise extreme caution as they play against you. The right image makes them seek out a target elsewhere. Giving up information in a poker game can amount to giving away your money. It is that simple.

A BADHAT can assist in many ways. First, it is very stylish and adds a hint of mystery to the wearer. The wide brim can effectively help you avoid the prying eyes of your opponents that are looking for the slightest bit of change or movement on your face. A slow, slight tip of your head forward thwarts those efforts permanently. There is another element to a Badhat... The weave! Although the hat looks great on your head, staring at the weave can be tantamount to gazing into a TV test pattern. In a long poker tournament or game, this can drive your opponents nuts, or at least make them quit looking at you all together!

Unlike most typical "straw hats",  our hats are manufactured expressly for us and each one meets our rigid specifications. This is a "fine" quality hat. There is a dark material lining in the crown as well as under the entire brim. The inside headband is a soft, self adjusting comfortable elastic material that allows for a perfect fit with a broader range of  head sizes.

This essentailly makes our new BADHATS... One size fits all.  If you receive your hat from us and find for some reason that it just won't fit you ( rare occurance) you may return it for a refund if it is still in new condition.

We recommend the use of a comfortable pair of sunglasses in conjunction with your Badhat.
